R.I.P. Owen Harper

This post is for Doctor Owen Harper. Torchwood member Owen harper was officialy pronanced dead as of February 13, 2008 at 27 years old. Owen Harper was a good man and deserves to be rembered. He died defending his planet. He DID NOT die in a hospital or cowering on the floor. He died with honor. He was lying down true but who stands up after being shot? He should have lived on. Now, he's dead. Doctor Arron Copley (EVIL!) shot him in the heart and Owen died less then a minute later. May his legacy live on. Owen Harper, rest in peace.
