Torchwood Season 2 Episode 13 Exit Wounds-Finale

Torchwood Exit Wounds 13/13
Following on from the previous episode the Torchwood team go to places of rift activity, only to witness explosions all over the city, Jack is held hostage by John Hart but he is not acting independently, he is being controlled by Jack's long lost brother Gray, who arrives in 2008 and wreaks more havoc.
John sets off 15 major and well placed explosions in Cardiff. The team try to cope with the workload of a crippled city but Jack can't help them as he is kidnapped by John, under orders of his long lost brother Gray. Taken back to Cardiff 27 AD, John is forced to bury his once lover and friend Jack as punishment for letting go of his brother Gray during an alien attack on their homeworld. Jack will go through an everlasting cycle of running out of air and reviving in his earthen grave.
Back in the present day, Gray shoots Toshiko, leaving her for dead, whilst Owen is trapped in a nuclear power station about to go into meltdown as a result of the explosions John set up. But when the only way to contain the meltdown goes awry, it results in Owen being trapped inside, Owen is presumed dead (since his death, or confirmation of death, is never viewed). Jack is discovered over 100 years before the present day by Torchwood, who dig him out and place him in the cryo-chamber at the hub, with a timer set to wake him up.
Stopping his brother, Jack renders him unconscious and places him in the cryo-chamber. But time has run out for Toshiko, and Jack was not able to save her. As Ianto registers Owen and Toshiko's deaths on the hub interface, a pre-programmed pop-up appears of Toshiko, in which she says goodbye and confesses her unrequited love for Owen. The episode and second series ends with the city recovering from the chaos and two members dead.
